We accept returns if communicated within 14 days after receipt of the order.

Products must be returned in unused condition and with all original packaging

The cost of return shipping in the case of a refund or exchange is to be covered by the customer.
Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

Please note that the original shipping costs, duties and/or taxes will not be refunded.

Small imperfections may be inherent in the naturals materials used, making each piece different and unique.

However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately by email with a small description of the problem and an explanatory photo.

We will respond promptly with a return authorisation and further instructions.
Defective items will be replaced with the same product.
